About Us 

E.S.C. was created from the blood, sweat and tears of exercise integrity in the fall of 2018.

We started out on our one car garage 8ft x 20ft (the white door) above. We grew in the winter of 2018 and added the storage trailer (pictured above). In 2019 we moved to our current property in a smaller 1,500 sqft building. In the summer of 2019, we moved into our current 8,000 sqft premiere fitness facility. We have always specialized in Group Strength and Conditioning. Since 2018 we have partnered with three local high schools Cocalico, Ephrata and Warwick and have taken over the Sports Performance for those schools. In 2021 we added out Nutritional Counseling Services. We have become a local household name for Group Strength and Conditioning, Nutrition and Sports Performance. Our program is attracts a majority of local gym goers because it provides modifications to meet everywhere no matter where they are currently with their health journey. We welcome people who are in all different walks of life and all different walks of fitness.
